Melody Pendleton is an associate with Jeffery & Grosfeld, LLP. She graduated from Western State University College of Law, Fullerton, in 1989, earning both a Bachelor of Science in Law and a Juris Doctor degree.

Ms. Pendleton began her law career in the area of insurance defense litigation, which she has practiced for more than 30 years. During that time, she has defended her clients in several jury trials in which she obtained favorable verdicts. Ms. Pendleton joined Jeffery & Grosfeld, LLP in 2006 and now focuses on general contractor and subcontractor defense in construction litigation matters.

Ms. Pendleton is licensed to practice law in the State of California, as well as in the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California.
